Will Sillar is a Managing Partner at 4C Associates since January 2023, previously working as an Insight Partner at Chaucer and an Associate Partner at Sia Partners. With a background in leading transformational change programs in various industries, Will has experience in working with world-class companies to deliver next-generation products and services in the age of Digital and Data. Will's education includes a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Bristol and a Master of Arts from The University of Edinburgh.
