Mary Marshall Fragola

Mary Marshall Fragola is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in executive compensation and employee-related legal matters. Currently serving as General Counsel at 4C Foods Corp. since January 2014, Mary has previously held senior legal positions at NCR Corporation, Tiffany Carting Corp., Pitney Bowes Inc., Seyfarth Shaw, International Paper Company, and Shearman and Sterling. With a strong focus on executive compensation programs, employment agreements, and corporate governance, Mary has managed various aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integrations throughout their career. Mary holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law and an MBA in Finance and Business Economics from Iona University.
