Graeme Mackay

Graeme Mackay has extensive work experience in the military and defense sector. Graeme currently serves as the Director of Sales (Military) for 4C Strategies International, starting in January 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Military Sales Manager for Australia and New Zealand at the same company from November 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining 4C Strategies, Graeme worked at 3M as the UK&I Military & Civil Defence Business Development Manager in the Personal Safety Division from February 2020 to November 2020.

From 2016 to 2019, Graeme held the position of UK Military Business Development Manager at 4C Strategies, where they played a key role in business development and sales, leading to an expansion of military solutions and client base. Graeme also won the company sales prize in 2017.

Earlier in their career, Graeme worked as a SO2 CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) Protection at Dstl from September 2007 to September 2009.
