Leif Lindblad

Leif Lindblad has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Leif started their career as a Researcher and Recruitment Consultant at Wayne Recruitment from 2000 to 2001, followed by a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Rekrytera AB from 2002 to 2003. Leif then joined Human Search, where they held the positions of Senior Consultant from 2003 to 2006 and Partner/Head of Consulting from 2006 to 2012, leading a team of consultants and researchers and handling search and headhunting assignments.

In 2013, Leif became a Senior Consultant at PINKERTON | Comprehensive Risk Management, working on security projects for clients in the private and public sectors. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Consultant at BRM Europe, specializing in risk, crisis, and continuity management, as well as business development and project management.

Leif then served as the Managing Director at Express Rekruttering AS from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they held overall responsibility for the company's operations.

Since 2019, Leif has been working at 4C Strategies, where they initially served as the Segment Manager Public Safety, responsible for new business development, key account management, and sales coaching, among other duties. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Manager Public Nordics, overseeing software and consultancy sales and revenue within the public sector in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Leif'sresponsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing strategies, and carrying out annual planning and follow-up.

Leif Lindblad began their education in 1994 at Uppsala University, where they pursued a Master degree in Business Administration and Economics. Leif completed this program in 1999. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Uppsala University, with a focus on Management Organization and Industrial Marketing.

In 2013, Leif Lindblad enrolled at the Institute of Risk Management and earned an International Certificate in Risk Management the following year, in 2014.

In addition to their academic achievements, Leif Lindblad acquired additional certifications. In 1999, they obtained certification in the Italian language from DILIT International House Rome. More recently, in 2017, they received certification in Shape - Views - Scales - MapTQ (Test tools) from cut-e Sverige.
