Maria Larsson

Maria Larsson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maria currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at 4C Strategies, where they are responsible for providing organizational readiness and military training management solutions globally. Prior to this, Maria was the Senior Manager People & Organisation at Dassault Systèmes, overseeing the employee experience and leading the HR side of a merger. Maria also worked as a Business Area Manager and HR Manager at Agero, managing a team of consultants and handling talent acquisition and management. In their previous roles at Visma, Maria served as an HR Project Manager, HR Director, Business Area Manager, and Sales Consultant, focusing on areas such as M&A, recruitment, and organizational development. Maria's early career includes positions at Sirius IT, where they established and managed the HR function, as well as HÖRS and Försäkringskassan, where they handled HR responsibilities.
