Katherine Carsola

Katherine Carsola is a seasoned professional in clinical supply chain management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Clinical Supply Chain at 4D Molecular Therapeutics since December 2021, Katherine oversees the development and execution of strategies for clinical trial materials in global Phase 1–3 trials. Previously, Katherine held roles at Ardelyx, Inc. as CMC Clinical Supply Manager and Senior Manager of Clinical Supply Chain, where responsibilities included managing relationships with key suppliers and leading cross-functional supply chain improvements. Additional experience includes operational excellence management positions at Amneal Pharmaceuticals and Impax Laboratories, where Katherine implemented continuous improvement initiatives. Educational credentials include a Certified Supply Chain Professional designation from APICS and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Mapúa University.
