Keith B.

Keith B. has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the engineering and facilities management field. Keith is currently the Director of Facilities, Engineering, Site Services, and EH&S at 4D Molecular Therapeutics, where they oversee the physical infrastructure, site operations, and safety for a clinical-stage biotechnology company engaged in gene therapy research. Some of their current initiatives include space planning and implementing a hybrid workplace model, as well as managing site services such as security, shipping/receiving, food service, operational logistics, reception, and custodial services.

Prior to their current role, Keith was the Head of the Engineering Department at SLAC - Stanford Linear Accelerator, where they provided line-management leadership for safety engineering within a 426-acre accelerator research facility.
