Jenia Medvedev

Jenia Medvedev has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Coordination Officer in the Generals Protection Unit of the Israel Defense Forces. In 2008, they then transitioned to become an Assistant to the Marketing & Sales Manager at the Israel Federation of Records & Cassettes Ltd (IFPI). From 2010 to 2014, Jenia served as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at Ben Horin & Alexandrovitz. Following this, they joined Fundbox as the Head of HR & Operations & Site Manager, responsible for overseeing finance, HR, and operations management for the Israeli site. In 2018, they took on the role of VP People & Site Manager at Fundbox, where they became an executive management member and led the global HR function. Most recently, in 2022, Jenia joined 4M Analytics as the Chief People Officer.

Jenia Medvedev completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and General History from Tel Aviv University from 2006 to 2009. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Jenia pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at The College of Management.
