Jim Henry

Jim Henry has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Military Policeman in the United States Marine Corps from 1991 to 1995. Jim then transitioned to the role of Manufacturing Specialist at Philips Healthcare, where they managed production metrics, staffing, and budgeting for multiple medical device production lines. Jim also implemented Six Sigma concepts and led Gemba walks. From 2001 to 2013, Jim held various positions at Philips Healthcare, including Customer Service Rep and Master Scheduler/Supply Chain Analyst. In these roles, they developed master production schedules, maintained MRP systems, and conducted forecasting and capacity planning. Jim joined Bacharach in 2013 as a Materials Planning Manager before moving to 4moms in 2014, where they currently serve as the Director of Supply Chain Operations.

Jim Henry obtained their high school education from Freeport Area High School, graduating with a diploma in 1991. Jim then pursued higher education at Penn State University, starting in 2006 and completing their studies in 2012. Jim focused their academic endeavors on the field of Business/Supply Chain, although the specific degree they obtained is unspecified.
