Thelma Oribello

Thelma Oribello is a CPA CMA with a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Thelma began their career at PSi Technologies in 1995, where they served as the Controller and CFO. In this role, they were responsible for financial reporting and preparation of financial statements under Philippine and US GAAP, as well as US reporting requirements with US SEC. Thelma also engaged in due diligence reviews with US-based shareholders and dealt with investment bankers, lawyers, and external auditors. Thelma successfully raised financing from banks and played a key role in the implementation of SAP, leading to process improvements.

In 2011, Thelma joined 4 Refuel Canada LP as a Financial Analyst, where they provided financial analysis and reporting for executives and the Board of Directors. Thelma created an effective sales analysis and reporting system, including commission calculations and variance analysis. Thelma collaborated with a software developer to enhance reporting methodologies and successfully implemented a new reporting system for the company's US-based affiliate.

Thelma's contributions led to their promotion to Financial Analyst Manager in 2014, where they continued to excel in financial planning, modeling, and reporting. Thelma also undertook the responsibility of developing and implementing a new commission plan, improving sales force productivity evaluation.

In 2017, Thelma was appointed as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at 4 Refuel Canada LP, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Thelma successfully managed financial planning and analysis activities, providing valuable insights for decision-making processes.

Thelma's career progressed further when they joined 4Refuel in 2019 as the Director of Commercial & Financial Performance Management. In this role, they played a crucial part in developing and managing the annual consolidated budget, quarterly forecast, and operating and project plans. Thelma contributed to monthly/quarterly reporting packages, including financial statements, management presentations, and comprehensive Key Performance Indicator reporting.

Currently, Thelma Oribello holds the position of Vice President at 4Refuel, where they continue to leverage their expertise in driving improved commercial performance and supporting business leaders in achieving strategic objectives.

Thelma Oribello earned their CPA, CMA degree from the Certified Management Accountants of British Columbia between 2010 and 2013. Thelma also holds a Certified Public Accountant degree from the Philippines.
