Dr. Winifred Patricia Johansen

Dr. Winifred Patricia Johansen is the Chief Commercial Officer at 4Subsea, a position held since May 2025. Previously, Dr. Johansen served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Affairs at Quantafuel ASA from July 2020 to May 2025, concurrently acting as Chairman of the Board for Quantafuel Skive, focusing on establishing the world's first plastic-to-liquid refinery. Dr. Johansen has extensive board experience, including a role on the Board of Directors at Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA from April 2021 to April 2024. A solid background in business development and key account management was established at Nexans Norway AS, where Dr. Johansen negotiated significant contracts, and earlier roles included leadership in subsea testing at Aker Solutions and engineering positions at Volvo Car Corporation. Dr. Johansen holds a Doctor of Business Administration from The University of Bradford and multiple degrees in engineering and business from various prestigious institutions.
