Neha Khera

Neha Khera currently serves as Managing Partner at Innovobot, leading the IRV Fund, an early-stage deep tech venture capital fund. With extensive experience in venture capital, Khera co-founded 500 Startups Canada, driving investments in 36 early-stage startups, including companies like Applyboard and Mejuri. Previous roles include General Partner at 2048 Ventures, where Khera guided investments in 16 companies, and Senior Investment Manager at MaRS IAF, contributing to over 15 investments. Earlier career milestones include management positions at Scotiabank, where Khera launched innovative banking solutions, and various technical roles across organizations. Khera holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
