Jay Cole

Jay Cole is an accomplished sales professional with extensive leadership experience in the building products industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Vice President at Cameron Ashley Building Products since March 2022, Jay provides guidance to sales managers and teams across the Southeastern US, focusing on achieving sales goals and enhancing team performance through training and strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Jay was National Sales Manager for the Trim Segment at Allura™ Fiber Cement Products, where responsibilities included strategic management to grow market share in North America. With a solid foundation in sales and management developed over years at Norandex Building Materials, Jay's career has been marked by a commitment to driving performance and fostering client relationships. Additionally, as a member of the 501st Legion - Carolina Garrison, Jay actively participates in community service and charity work. Educational credentials include studies at King University and Abingdon High School.
