Nicole Serrano is a Campaigns Strategist at 50+1 Strategies. Prior to that, they served as the Massachusetts State Organizing Director for Biden for President from September 2020 to November 2020. Nicole also worked as the Deputy Campaign Manager for Andrea Campbell for Mayor from February 2021 to September 2021, and Deputy Campaign Manager for Committee to Elect Jesse Mermell from February 2020 to September 2020.

Serrano started their career in politics as an intern for Hillary for America in May 2016, where they worked in correspondence and briefings/Latino outreach. Nicole then transitioned to work in local government, serving as a Policy Analyst for Mayor Eric Garcetti of the City of Los Angeles from February 2017 to February 2020. Prior to that role, they were a Communications Intern in the Office of Mayor Eric Garcetti from August 2015 to May 2016.

Serrano began their professional career in 2014 as an intern in the Office of Councilman Curren D. Price of the City of Los Angeles, before taking on roles as a Bank Teller at U.S. Bank and Cashier at Target.

Nicole Serrano earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Southern California.
