Aashima Lamba

Aashima Lamba has been working in the field of community and growth management since 2014. Aashima began their career as an Intern at Bharti Airtel in 2014, followed by a Trainee role at Huawei Technologies India in 2016. In the same year, they joined BYJU'S (Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd.) as a Senior Business Development Associate/ Team Lead, where they achieved a daily KPI of 25K, monthly revenue run rate of 6L+ and delivered 7 Cr+ in the span of 2 years. In 2018, they were appointed as a Program Manager at Meesho, where they devised and launched the Meesho Mentorship Program. In 2020, they joined Trell as a Senior Growth Manager and Community Growth Manager. Currently, they are working as a Senior Community and Growth Manager at 56 Secure since 2022.

Aashima Lamba's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RAYAT BAHRA UNIVERSITY between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended Sacred Heart Senior Secondary School between 2011 and 2012, and Delhi Public School Katra between 2001 and 2010.
