Aishwarya Jain

Aishwarya Jain has a diversified work experience in various leadership and strategy roles. Currently, they serve as the Head of Business Growth at 5paisa Capital, where they take charge of shaping the strategic vision and providing guidance for initiatives aimed at acquiring new users, enhancing user engagement, and improving retention. Prior to this, Aishwarya held the position of Deputy Vice President of Strategy at 5paisa and Senior Manager of Strategy and Analytics at upGrad. Aishwarya has also worked as an Associate Manager at Accenture, where they had the opportunity to work on multiple assignments, including a stint with Accenture Japan. Aishwarya's career started as a Senior Analyst at The Smart Cube in 2012. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their expertise in strategy development, project execution, and leadership development.

Aishwarya Jain completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical from Punjab Engineering College from 2008 to 2012. Aishwarya then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they participated in the International Exchange Program at IÉSEG School of Management. Additionally, Aishwarya obtained a certification in Project Management for Non-PM's from the International Institute for Learning in 2019.
