Venu Aggarwal

Venu Aggarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in impact measurement and social enterprise. Currently serving as the Director at 60 Decibels since July 2020, Venu leads Lean Data initiatives in Agriculture, helping social enterprises and non-profits enhance their impact by better understanding farmer needs. Prior experience includes roles at Acumen, where Venu contributed as Associate Director and Lean Data Manager, developing customized measurement approaches, and as an Impact Summer Associate. Earlier positions include Independent Consultant at Professional Assistance for Development Action and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, along with research work at the Centre for Civil Society. Venu holds a Master's in Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School and degrees in Business and Mathematics from the Indian School of Business and St. Stephen's College, respectively.
