Douglas Castek

Douglas Castek currently serves as the Director of the Global Supply Chain Practice at UST, where a focus on operational efficiency and digital transformation has been established. Previously, Douglas held the position of Executive Consultant and President at DMC Consulting, providing expert consultation in Supply Chain Operations. Notable roles include serving as a Senior Executive at Transplace, focusing on strategic transportation optimization and supply chain operations, and as Senior Vice President at Xeeva, where customer success strategies were developed. Douglas also held the Director of Customer Engagement role at SAP Ariba, managing a significant client portfolio, and served as Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain at Churchill Downs, implementing key procurement practices. Douglas earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management/Engineering from Purdue University Daniels School of Business.
