6sense Account Based Orchestration Platform helps revenue teams identify and close more opportunities by putting the power of AI, big data and machine learning behind every member of the B2B revenue team, empowering them to uncover anonymous buying behavior, prioritize fragmented data to focus on accounts in market, and engage resistant buying teams with personalized, multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns. 6sense helps revenue teams know everything they need to know about their buyers so they can easily do anything they need to do to generate more opportunities, increase deal size, get into opportunities sooner, compete and win more often. 

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Pipeline Analytics, and provides support to the GTM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to provide valuable insights that drive Customer Success and renewal strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our customers receive unparalleled service and maximize their engagement with our products/services.

Responsibilities:

  • Routinely perform analysis and insight into key metrics and provide recommendations for improving performance across the Revenue team management operating rhythm
  • Be the subject matter expert and provide recommendations of best practices related to 6sense Revenue Team
  • Proactively work with all levels of the revenue organization staff to understand and establish goals, determine required data sources and establish key benchmarks and metrics
  • Development and management of reports and dashboards that provide actionable metrics used to optimize and drive decisions regarding coverage across different regional and product segments
  • Be an advocate for data driven everything, evangelize insights on what’s working and what’s not working to help drive better views into the revenue teams.
  • Partner with Leadership, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Data teams, Finance and IT to ensure Customer data is appropriately captured and organized to enable clean and accurate instrumentation and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Strong data evaluation skills - with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources, and focus on the big picture takeaways of any analysis while owning the underlying details
  • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Excel, MS Power Query, SQL, or similar applications
  • Experience developing and designing complex dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools
  • Ability to understand complex systems and dependencies
  • Strong critical thinking and independent problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS Metrics like Net/Gross Retention, ARR/GRR and Churn
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment.
  • 5+ years working in a professional environment, preferably within an analytics/operations role

Base Salary Range: $92,850 to $142,370. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board.
