Alexa gained experience in marketing and business development as a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator at SheFinds Media from 2014 to 2015, where they managed digital advertising purchases and oversaw marketing campaigns on various social media platforms. Alexa started their career as a Technology Recruiter at Rezult Technology from 2012 to 2014 and as an Assistant Event Planner at Signature Events, Inc. in 2011.

Alexa Pass completed their high school education at the Episcopal School of Dallas from 2004 to 2008, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, they attended Vanderbilt University from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a double major in Spanish and Human & Organizational Development, ultimately graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. In 2010, Alexa also had the opportunity to study at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, focusing on Spanish. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a MEDDPICC Certification from Force Management in October 2019 and a Value Negotiation certification from the same institution in February 2019.
