Andrea Migdal

Andrea Migdal is the current General Counsel at 6sense. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Andrea Migdal, Attorney at Law from September 2002 to September 2018. There, they provided domestic and international licensing and general transactional services to high tech and life sciences companies, as well as advising start-ups and emerging companies regarding corporate and general business matters. From January 2001 to August 2002, Andrea served as Vice President Business Affairs and General Counsel for Imaginary Lines, a company founded by Astronaut Sally Ride to encourage girls' interest in science and math. Andrea then spent October 1999 to December 2000 as General Counsel for Dot Wireless, a successful technology start-up that was acquired by Texas Instruments. Prior to that, Andrea was an Attorney at Reid & Priest from September 1987 to December 1991. Andrea began their career as an Attorney for the US Department of Commerce, Office of Chief Counsel for Import Administration from September 1985 to August 1987.
