Brandon Maranion's work experience begins in 2015 as an Auditorium Manager for Christ In Youth. In 2016, they transitioned to Olivet Nazarene University where they held the positions of Admissions Recruiter and later Admissions Counselor until 2019. In 2019, Brandon joined Springbuk as a Client Support Specialist and was later promoted to Client Success Manager. In 2020, they became a Co-Owner of Brandon & Taylor Co. Currently, since 2021, Brandon is working at 6sense as a Customer Success Manager, where they were initially hired as a Customer Success Manager and then promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager in 2023.

Brandon Maranion obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Olivet Nazarene University, completing their studies from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies and Christian Education from the same university, studying from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Brandon Maranion has obtained a certification in the EDGE|Work Emerging Leaders Program from EDGE Mentoring in April 2022.
