Chris Rahn

Chris Rahn has extensive work experience in quantitative analysis, trading, and engineering roles.

Chris is currently working as a Lead Engineer at 6sense since November 2021.

Prior to this, Chris took a sabbatical from August 2020 until November 2021.

Chris worked as a Quantitative Analyst at Saccade Capital Limited from May 2018 to July 2020.

Chris also worked at Headlands Technologies LLC, where they held multiple positions including Senior Trader from October 2016 to March 2018, Research Developer from August 2015 to October 2016, and Trader from July 2014 to August 2015.

Before that, Chris was a Trading Assistant at Chicago Trading Company from November 2012 to July 2014.

Chris started their career at Allstate Investments, where they held the positions of Associate Analyst II from June 2010 to November 2012 and Junior Analyst from September 2009 to June 2010. During their time at Allstate Investments, Chris received the prestigious Allstate Chairman's Award in 2012 for their outstanding contribution.

Their work at Allstate Investments involved developing a methodology for routine performance attribution, managing the production cycle of weekly risk packets, and designing a custom risk database schema. Chris also developed a data-mining framework and implemented a portfolio P&L monitoring process.

Chris Rahn completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois System in 2007. Chris further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance with a specialization in Quantitative Finance from the same university in 2009.
