Osmel started their career as a Radio Frequency Systems Engineer at Research and Development Centre "MECATRONICS" from September 2011 to August 2012.

Osmel Barreto Prieto, MSc has a diverse education history. In 2019, they pursued certifications in a course focused on Cyber Security and Linux (Unix) Administration at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. During this time, their field of study was Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
