Osmel Barreto Prieto, MSc has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Osmel currently works at 6sense, where they serve as a Senior Customer Success Manager since March 2022. In this role, Osmel onboards and mentors new hires, manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of 25+ customers, and provides prescriptive guidance for complex accounts. Prior to their current role, Osmel held the position of Customer Success Manager at 6sense from September 2020 to February 2022. Osmel successfully managed a multi-million dollar portfolio of 20+ customers across multiple verticals. Osmel'sresponsibilities included improving product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and acting as an advocate and escalation point for critical customer requests and issues.

Before joining 6sense, Osmel worked as a Sr. Business Development and Business Development professional at 6sense from February 2020 to July 2020 and August 2019 to January 2020, respectively. Osmel also gained experience in business development at SV Academy from March 2019 to July 2019.

Osmel's earlier work experience includes positions as a Lead IoT Engineer/Business Analyst at Digital Media for Healthcare Research Group, Kingston University/Sytech Security from October 2015 to October 2017, and as a Junior Consultant/Researcher at Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "Jose Antonio Echeverría", CUJAE from September 2012 to July 2015. Osmel started their career as a Radio Frequency Systems Engineer at Research and Development Centre "MECATRONICS" from September 2011 to August 2012.

Osmel Barreto Prieto, MSc has a diverse education history. In 2019, they pursued certifications in a course focused on Cyber Security and Linux (Unix) Administration at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. During this time, their field of study was Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, Osmel pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computing, Information Systems, and Business at Kingston University.

In the earlier years of their education, Osmel attended the Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría" (CUJAE) from 2006 to 2011. Osmel obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering during this period.

Before their university studies, Osmel completed their high school education at the Vocational Pre-University Institute of Exact Sciences "Vladimir Ilich Lenin" from 2000 to 2005, where their field of study was Exact Sciences.

Aside from their academic qualifications, Osmel has also obtained additional certifications. In 2021, they received a certification in the "Fundamentals of Next-Gen Marketing" from 6sense.
