Theo Peters

Theo Peters has a strong background in finance and accounting. Theo is currently the Manager of FP&A at 6sense, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at the same company from October 2021 to September 2022. Before joining 6sense, Theo held various roles at ADARA, Inc. including Manager of GTM Finance and Sales Enablement from June 2021 to September 2021, and Financial Systems Manager from October 2019 to June 2021. Theo also worked as a Finance Manager at Abode Systems from October 2018 to October 2019. Earlier in their career, Theo worked at ThreatMetrix as a Systems & Financial Analyst from October 2017 to October 2018, and as a Staff Accountant from February 2017 to October 2017. Theo gained experience in auditing as an Audit Associate II at Baker Tilly US (formerly Squar Milner) from September 2015 to January 2017. Theo started their career as a Tax Season Intern at Gray, Salt & Associates, LLP from February 2015 to April 2015.

Theo Peters attended California Baptist University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in areas related to sales and marketing. In 2018, they became a Certified Public Accountant through the California Board of Accountancy. Since then, they have obtained certifications such as Standard MEDDIC from the MEDDIC Academy in April 2021, and Fundamentals of Next-Gen Marketing from 6sense in January 2022. Theo holds Sandler Sales Bronze Certification from Sandler Training, which they acquired in April 2022, and Sandler Sales Silver Certification from Sandler, obtained in March 2023. Theo has also completed training programs in sales, such as Driving to Close from JB Sales Training in March 2021, and Filling the Funnel, also from JB Sales Training, in February 2021.
