Vinay B T has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vinay is currently employed at 6sense as a Product Manager. Prior to that, they worked at LeadSquared, where they held the position of Product Manager 2 and Product Manager 1. During their time at LeadSquared, Vinay led the development and launch of multiple product lines, achieved a user base of 200K+, and authored PRDs to guide engineering teams. Vinay also defined and tracked key performance indicators and acted as a liaison between cross-functional teams. Before LeadSquared, Vinay worked at HCL Technologies as an Associate Manager in the Cybersecurity and Governance Risk and Compliance domain. In this role, they created product roadmaps and engaged with stakeholders to implement operational and delivery improvement initiatives. Vinay started their career at PathPartner Technology Pvt.Ltd. as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for requirement gathering, implementing IT solutions, and developing and porting algorithms for fortune 500 clients. Vinay's first professional experience was as a Management Trainee at GRS.

Vinay B T has a diverse education history. In 2017-2018, they attended Great Lakes Institute of Management and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Operations and IT. Prior to that, from 2010-2014, Vinay earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. In 2008-2010, they completed their Pre-University education at Alvas PU College, Mangalore. Additionally, Vinay completed their secondary education from 1998-2008 at Lourdes Boys School, Davanagere, where they achieved their SSLC certification under the Karnataka State Board.
