Aditya Agrawal

Aditya Agrawal has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Aditya is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at 6thStreet.com, where they have established and led a new development center, scaled the system to support 2M customers, and orchestrated the migration to a microservice-based architecture.

Prior to their current role, Aditya worked as the Senior Vice President at Infoedge India Ltd. from 2018 to 2021. There, they led the migration to a microservice-based architecture and managed multiple teams, including Crawling, Search and Discovery, and Central Platform. Aditya also oversaw the development of the recruiter search service, which generated significant company revenue.

Before joining Infoedge India, Aditya worked as the Head of Engineering and later as the Director at Eros Digital from 2016 to 2018. Aditya was responsible for the Eros Platform, system architecture, team management, and driving quality delivery.

Earlier in their career, Aditya served as the Senior Engineering Manager at Snapdeal, where they designed and developed a world-class search system. Aditya also worked as a Technical Lead Manager at MarketShare and held software engineering roles at www.guruji.com, BEA Systems, and Astrostage Japan.

Throughout their career, Aditya has demonstrated expertise in various technologies, including Java, PHP, AWS, Kafka, Solr, and more. Aditya has successfully led teams, migrated systems, and delivered high-performance solutions.

Aditya Agrawal obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Delhi University, where they attended from 1997 to 2000. Aditya then pursued higher studies at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, where they completed a Master's degree in Computer Application with a specialization in Computer Science from 2000 to 2003.
