Kody Hablas خضر عمر has extensive experience in people strategy and operations. Kody is currently the Head - People & Culture, MENA & India at 6thStreet.com, where they lead the strategic development and growth of people strategy and operations across the GCC and India. Kody also serves as a Strategic People Advisor at LM Exchange.

Prior to their current roles, Kody was the Head of People - GCC | Portugal at Tamanna.com, where they oversaw the people function for the company. Kody also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Bukhatir Education Advancement and Management International (Beam), where they led the HR department.

Kody has also held positions at Rove Hotels, Private Family Office, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), Atlas Group of Companies, and Nokia Networks. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, HRIS systems, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.

Kody Hablas خضر عمر obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy, Management, and Innovation from the Melbourne Business School, which was completed between the years 2022 and 2024. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Economics and Management at Victoria University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.

Prior to enrolling at Victoria University, Kody completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Engineering Physics at RMIT University in an undefined period before 1997. Furthermore, they engaged in an international exchange program at the University of Gothenburg in 2000, studying International Relations and Affairs.

In addition to their formal education, Kody obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2007, they completed "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" certification, and in 2008, they obtained "The 6 Critical Practices For Leading a Team" certification, both from FranklinCovey. More recently, in 2016, Kody acquired certifications in "The Disc Behavioural Assessment," "Motivators Assessment," and "Trimetrix Screening & Hiring Benchmarking Process," all from Leadership Cadence, LLC. In 2019, they also became a certified DISC Administrator through Extended DISC.
