Brenda Laabs

Brenda Laabs is an accomplished Director of Restaurant Operations with extensive experience in the foodservice industry. Currently serving at 7-Eleven since January 2015, Brenda has significantly impacted restaurant operations by successfully opening 78 locations in Texas and Louisiana and developing a strategic food safety program while ensuring 100% execution of brand marketing strategies. Previously, Brenda held the position of Director of Restaurant Operations at Sunoco LP, where responsibilities included managing multiple brands across 502 locations and fostering internal talent development. Earlier career achievements involved various leadership roles at Kangaroo Express, contributing to the successful launch of new restaurant locations and implementing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Brenda’s career began at Carrols Corporation, where a focus on training, operations, and acquisitions led to sustained growth and profitability. Brenda is a graduate of Kent State University.
