Jennifer Cleveland

Jennifer Cleveland is an experienced professional in digital product management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Digital Product Management at 7-Eleven since April 2018. Prior to this role, Jennifer held positions at Paradigm Tax Group as the Director of Product Management, where responsibilities included managing the Product Department and guiding teams on Agile and Scrum practices, and at ExamSoft, where Jennifer worked as a Product Owner focused on enhancing educational tools for instructors and students. Jennifer's background also includes roles as a Software Implementation Specialist and Account Manager, as well as a Software Support Specialist, demonstrating a strong foundation in client relationship management, technical support, and product development. Jennifer earned an AAS degree from Broward College and continued studies at Florida Atlantic University from 2010 to 2013.
