Karena Stewart, CPM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital customer service and omnichannel customer experience, currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Customer Service at Macy's since June 2010. With a focus on global ecommerce strategies, Stewart has successfully driven significant growth and efficiency improvements within the retail credit business, overseeing transformations in contact center operations and colleague training initiatives.
