Elena Faleschini has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Elena started their career as an Assistant at Arthur Andersen in 2001 before moving on to work as a Junior Brand Manager at Lancaster. Elena then joined Diesel, where they served as a Category Manager for Fragrances and later as a Product Manager. In 2010, they became the Division Marketing Manager at Al Tayer Group. Elena then worked as the Marketing & PR Manager at House of Fraser before becoming the Head of Marketing and Merchandising at Galeries Lafayette - LE BHV MARAIS. Elena joined ISKO™ in 2017 and held several positions, including Regional Marketing and Business Development Manager, Global Field Marketing Manager, and Senior Manager for Brand Partnerships. Currently, Elena is the Director of Strategy and Sustainability at 7 For All Mankind.

Elena Faleschini completed their Master's in Sport Management from the Johan Cruyff Institute in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Laurea in Economia Aziendale from LIUC - Università Cattaneo between 1996 and 2001.
