Brian Sterling is the President of 70 Faces Media. Brian has over 17 years of experience as an investment banker, advising financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions and financings.
Sterling began their career at Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. in February 2002. Brian quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Principal and Co-Head of Investment Banking in a little over 2 years. As Co-Head, Sterling led one of the largest and most experienced investment banking groups serving the financial services sector on Wall Street. Under their leadership, the group became the #1 advisor for financial services M&A transactions for 12 of the 17 years they were Co-Head, and #2 the other 5 years.
Some of the notable bank mergers Sterling advised on while at Sandler O’Neill include the pending merger of Bank Leumi USA with Valley National, the merger of Opus Bank into Pacific Premier, the sale of BankNorth to TD Bank, the sale of North fork to Capital One, and the recapitalizations of Central Pacific Financial and Sterling Financial during the financial crisis.

After completing their undergraduate studies in economics at The Wharton School, Brian Sterling attended Yale Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctor degree.
