Asi Mahesh Reddy has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2005, Reddy started their career as a Deputy Manager in Retention and Renewals at Tata AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd. They then joined Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited in 2012 as a Corporate Manager in Member Relations. Reddy later moved to Reliance Capital | Reliance Group in 2017, where they served as a Lead in Customer Delight until 2019. At Reliance Money, Reddy held the position of Head of Central Ops & Customer Service from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Reddy is working as the General Manager - Customer Delight at 75F since 2022.

Asi Mahesh Reddy pursued an Executive MBA in Operations & Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2019 to 2020.
