Pamela Bouch has a wealth of experience in the business world. Pamela began their career in 1980 as an Account Executive/Insurance Agent for Riesterer & Associates Insurance Agency. Pamela then moved to The Lumbra Insurance Agency in 1987, where they served as an Insurance Agent/Office Manager. In 1998, they joined Covenant Christian School as a Technology Coordinator, Computer Teacher, Yearbook Editor/Photographer, and School Secretary. In 2003, they became the IT Coordinator at The Geneva School. In 2010, they became the Executive Director of Independent Insurance Agents of Central Florida, where they planned events and took care of day-to-day business operations. In 2014, they joined 78MADISON Inc as the Chief Operations Officer, where they have been using their experience as a wife, mom, school teacher, creative director, and Executive Director to troubleshoot I.T. issues.

Pamela Bouch attended Valencia College in 1985-1986 for Business, Norwalk Community College in 1975-1976 for Business, and obtained an A+ Certification in Computer Hardware and Software Troubleshooting from Valencia Community College in 2002. Pamela also obtained an Associate Advisor in Insurance, AAI (part of Insurance CPCU) from the Florida Association of Insurance Agents in 1985, a Life and Health Insurance License from the Florida Association of Insurance Agents in 1982, a Property & Casualty Insurance License from the Florida Association of Insurance Agents in 1981, and a Property & Casualty Insurance License from the University of Connecticut in 1978.
