Rodrigo Popest is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system analysis, project management, and software development, primarily within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Squad Manager at 7COMm since October 2018, Rodrigo oversees multidisciplinary teams and has been directly responsible for the leadership and performance management of approximately 50 professionals. Prior roles include Scrum Master and System Analyst, focusing on business analysis, technical specifications, and database management. Before joining 7COMm, Rodrigo worked as Tech Lead at T-Health, emphasizing project planning and quality assurance, and held several positions at TOTVS, where software development and compliance with legislation were key responsibilities. Rodrigo holds an MBA in Strategic Management of Information Technology and a degree in Systems Analysis and Development.
