At Archstone, Mason was responsible for all aspects of client service delivery for multiple engagements, including scoping, planning, budgeting & profitability, execution, and recommendation delivery for Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain related projects. Mason also recruited, trained, coached and developed junior talent within the organization. Some of Mason's notable projects include leading a procurement transformation assessment for a $30+ B insurance provider, training 150+ procurement personnel at a $90+ B healthcare insurance provider, and advising on strategic category management at a $13 B printing and publishing company.

In November 2013, Mason left Archstone to become the General Manager at 7G DISTRIBUTING, LLC. In this role, they are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and overseeing the sales team.

Mason Lee has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa with a major in Management Information Systems and Accounting and a minor in Computer Science. They also have a Masters of Accounting from the University of Iowa.
