Krzysztof Grzyb is the current Head of Marketing at 7N. Krzysztof has previously worked as the Customer Experience & Marketing Director at Billennium from May 2017 to October 2018. During their time at Billennium, Krzysztof was responsible for preparing the Customer Experience Journey and executing different projects, leading communication brand strategy based on Billennials people, implementing new CRM into the organization, assuring data-driven execution using business analytics and determining KPIs to support corporate objectives, managing lead management process based on CRM, planning Marketing Automation campaigns focus on leads both from Poland and Europe, conducting cyclic NPS Research measuring Customer Experience, working closely with Executives on the concepts and positioning of new products, maintaining effective internal communication to ensure that all company departments are kept informed of crucial goals and projects, running highly targeted campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and Google AdWords aimed at generating B2B and B2E leads, and caring for organizational culture and Billennium core values.
Krzysztof Grzyb reports to Jeppe Hedaa, CEO. They are on a team with Patrick Walther Thomsen - International Marketing Manager, Henrik Staalsø - PA for CEO and VP Denmark, and Sixten Schultz - COO.
