Joshua Siegal

Joshua Siegal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joshua currently holds the position of VP, People at 7shifts, a team management platform for restaurants. Prior to this, Joshua worked as a facilitator for the #IamRemarkable initiative, empowering women and underrepresented groups to share their accomplishments. Joshua also co-founded Taito - Rise, a company focused on helping businesses find the best people and providing them with a great work environment. Joshua has held leadership roles at Wave HQ, where they focused on organizational effectiveness, and Real Matters, where they served as Vice President of Talent & Culture. Additionally, they have experience as a course facilitator at Nipissing University, an instructor at DeGroote School of Business Executive Education, and as a manager at The Weather Network. Joshua's expertise lies in talent acquisition, development strategies, organizational culture, and strategic partnerships.

Joshua Siegal has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business - York University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Joshua also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management from Wilfrid Laurier University, which they attained in 2009. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Canada in 2022, Talk Master Certification from Speaker Labs in 2020, Pelmorex Leadership Foundations from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 2011, and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from AB InBev.
