Hugo Xolo

Hugo Xolo has been working as the Executive Chef at 801 Restaurant Group since October 2008. In January 2020, Hugo also took on the role of Regional Chef within the same company. Their responsibilities include menu development, food cost and labor control, and running the best steakhouse in the midwest. Hugo is always striving to improve and excel in their role.
