Michelle Pugh

Michelle Pugh has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and program management. Michelle worked at 80/20 Inc. from 2013 to the present, starting as an Education & Training Specialist and progressing to roles such as HR Generalist, Staffing Supervisor, HR Analyst & Administration Supervisor, and currently as a Compensation & Benefits Administrator. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at Sylvan Learning Centers from 2008 to 2013.

Michelle Pugh attended Manchester University from 2002 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Early and Middle Childhood Education.
