Elka Nir

Elka Nir holds extensive experience in leadership and board roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Elka serves as a member of 8400 - The Health Network and as an independent director on the board of ZOOZ Power, where responsibilities include heading the Audit Committee and participating in the Remuneration and Nomination Committees. As a Lead Independent Director at The Trendlines Group, Elka has been involved in various committees since 2015. Additional directorships include ISORAD LIMITED and ELeadIN Ltd., along with board positions at IATI - Israel Advanced Technology Industries and the Haifa University Economic Corp., where Elka also served as CEO of Carmel Ltd and founded the Carmel Innovations Fund. Previous roles included serving as Active Chairman of IceCure Medical and directing at EyeYon Medical and BATM. Elka holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and furthered education at the University of Haifa.
