Michal Soreni-Harari

Michal Soreni-Harari serves as the Head of the Bio-Engineering Division for the Government since May 2021 and is actively involved with 8400 - The Health Network and the BIO program as a member and program leader, respectively. Michal is also a board member of BioConvergence, contributing to Israel's economic growth. Previous experience includes roles such as Head of the Materials branch at R&D and Visiting Scientist at the University of Maryland, specializing in advanced materials and soft robotics, respectively. Michal holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, alongside a B.Sc. in Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
