Andrew Fondaw

Andrew Fondaw has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental, health, safety, and sustainability. Andrew is currently working as the Senior Director of Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions since August 2021. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of Vice President of Environment, Health, Safety, Security & Sustainability at KIK Custom Products from September 2013 to April 2021. Andrew was responsible for managing the environmental and safety programs in a consumer goods manufacturing and packaging company.

Before that, Andrew worked at Buckman for several years in various roles. Andrew served as the Director of Safety, Health & Environmental Stewardship from January 2005 to September 2013. Earlier, they held the positions of Director of Safety, Health and Environment, Assistant Director of Safety, Health & Environment, and Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator. During their time at Buckman, they coordinated environmental, health, and safety programs at a chemical manufacturing plant and supervised utility systems. Andrew also developed an ISO 14001 compliant Environmental Management System and maintained facility Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).

Furthermore, Andrew gained valuable experience as an Environmental Specialist at Shell Engineering & Associates from May 1994 to November 1996.

Andrew Fondaw has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In addition, they have obtained the Certified Hazardous Materials Manager certification from the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management in October 2012, and achieved the Eagle Scout Rank from the Boy Scouts of America in March 1989.
