Chris Hoffner

Chris Hoffner has extensive work experience in technology and management roles. Chris currently holds the position of Senior Director IT Infrastructure and Operations at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions since January 2022. Before that, they were the Founder and CEO of Hoffner Rayon, starting in December 2011. Chris served as the Vice President of Technology at Facility Control Systems from January 2020 to January 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Chris worked as a Senior Director of IT Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure at MTM, Inc. from August 2013 to October 2019. At Arch Coal, Inc., they held the position of Supervisor of Networks from June 2011 to August 2013, where they successfully integrated acquired mining companies and implemented new technologies.

Chris also has experience in senior management roles. Chris served as the Senior Manager of Network/Server Operations at The Broe Group from September 2007 to May 2011, and also held a similar role at OmniTRAX, Inc. during the same period. Chris began their career as the Manager of Network Engineering at the United States Olympic Committee from June 2006 to September 2007, and previously at IMG from June 2000 to June 2006.

Chris Hoffner completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Quincy University from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as an ASIS Member from ASIS International in January 2021.
