Dan Koren

Dan Koren has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dan most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at 8fig since March 2023. Before that, they worked at Wix.com from 2014 to 2023, first as the Director of Product Management for Customer Care, where they reduced support requests by 43% using Conversational AI & Prediction models. Dan then became the Director of Product Management for the USA, optimizing the relationship and flow of information between product teams and the global Customer Success team. Dan also served as the Head of Product for Wix ADI - Artificial Design Intelligence, overseeing the development of the first AI website builder.

Prior to their time at Wix.com, Dan was involved in entrepreneurial ventures. Dan co-founded and served as the CEO of Wingate Institute, where they developed an online platform to promote health within large organizations. Dan also co-founded and was the CEO of Medicalsite.

Dan's early career included working in the Israeli Military Intelligence, specializing in GIS, 3D Visualization, Aerial photographic, and satellite image interpretation.

Dan Koren attended ISEMI – The Israeli Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation from 2006 to 2007, where they studied Entrepreneurship, Intellectual Property (IP), Management, and Law. Following that, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Reichman University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. During their time at Reichman University, Dan also participated in the ZELL entrepreneurship program.
