The Role
The Director of Talent will report directly to the VP of People, with high accountability to the VP of Client Service. They will be responsible for ensuring that 8th Light has the right talent at the right time for all our client engagements. This critical role will be a part of the overall People Strategy of our organization. They will have ownership in developing a talent strategy that encompasses full-time permanent hires, internal staffing placements, and 3rd party subcontractor management for all global 8th Light talent. This role will be responsible for creating data-driven strategies with accompanying dashboards that clearly illustrate the supply and demand of talent across all of 8th Light.
8th Light is a remote-first company. This role will be based in the US. There is a strong preference for the Chicagoland Area (Chicago, IL).

The Director of Talent will oversee the Staffing and Talent Acquisition functions in order to anticipate and quickly deliver the right talent at the right time for client needs. Compensation: The salary range for the role depending on years of experience and geo-location will range from $110,000 - $150,000
