Martin Pritchard

Martin Pritchard is an experienced software engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at 8x8 since October 2018, overseeing 13 engineers across two remote teams. Prior to this role, Martin held various positions at Bet365 from August 2013 to October 2018, where Martin advanced to Lead Developer for key projects, specializing in trading systems. Martin's earlier career included software development roles at Winterflood Securities, Citi Bank, Waterford Wedgwood, and JD Williams/N Brown Group, with a notable focus on high-performance trading software and system improvements. Martin holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Manchester, earned between 1997 and 2001.
