Alex Ganetakos

Alex Ganetakos is a seasoned writer and producer in the children's entertainment industry, currently serving as Co-Executive Producer and Co-Head Writer for "Dylan's Playtime Adventures" at CBC, BBC Kids, Cartoonito, and 9 Story Media Group since December 2021. With a career beginning in 1991 as Co-Founder and Co-Artistic Director of Del ARTiE Productions, a company that crafts high-quality, low-budget musical comedies, Ganetakos has contributed to various notable projects, including "SuperWish," "Big Blue," "Abby Hatcher," and "Go Away, Unicorn!" Additionally, experience includes roles as Executive Producer and Writer on "Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race," as well as consulting for "Hotel Transylvania: The Series." A graduate of York University with a BFA in Theatre, Ganetakos has established a strong presence in the animation and children's programming sectors.
