Eva-Marie Moffat

Eva-Marie Moffat has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies.

Most recently, they worked at 9 Story Media Group, starting as an L&D Consultant in June 2019 and transitioning to the role of Learning and Development Manager in June 2020. In May 2021, they were promoted to Director, Global Culture and People Development, a position they currently hold.

Before joining 9 Story Media Group, Eva-Marie Moffat founded GEM Life Coaching and Consulting in January 2007 and served as the President and Founder until June 2019. In this role, they provided corporate learning and development seminars and programs, professional leadership and life coaching services, and business consulting to numerous clients across various industries.

From November 2009 to December 2016, Eva-Marie Moffat worked at LifeClubs as the CEO of Life Clubs Canada. Eva-Marie developed and led the Canadian strategy for this global organization, delivering customized learning and development programs and training other leaders to facilitate workshops.

Prior to that, they had a long tenure at IBM Canada Ltd., starting in September 1990. Their roles at IBM included Financial and Business Operations Manager, Industry Financial Planner and Analyst, and Portfolio Analyst, Financial Analyst, and Compensation Analyst.

Eva-Marie Moffat has a diverse education history. In 1982, they obtained a Bachelor of Science with Honors (BScH) degree in Biochemistry from Queen's University. Following that, they pursued higher education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Business Operations at Queen's University from 1988 to 1990. In 2007 and 2008, Eva-Marie participated in the Coaches Training Institute, receiving certifications in both the Co-Active Professional Coaching Certification program and the Co-Active Professional Leadership Program. In 2009, they received a certification from Life Clubs Limited as a Life Clubs Facilitator Trainer and Leader. Finally, in 2019, Eva-Marie became a Certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator after completing the Everything DiSC Workplace program.
